Important: All shipping charges are non-refundable.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or additional fees required by their destination country.

1. Shipping Coverage
Mahin Agro ships orders within the United States and to selected international destinations.
Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination, product type, applicable regulations, and carrier restrictions.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high order volume.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day, if available
International Shipping
- Estimated Delivery: 1–4 weeks
Delivery estimates are provided for general guidance and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on the delivery destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.
The applicable shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive an email containing your tracking information.
You can use the provided tracking details to monitor the status and progress of your shipment through the applicable carrier.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost during transit, please contact our support team as soon as possible so that we can assist you in investigating the shipment.
Mahin Agro is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered but are subsequently lost or stolen from the delivery location. Customers are encouraged to provide a secure delivery address whenever possible.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the damaged package and products. We will review the matter and provide assistance where applicable.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We may not ship to certain locations, including:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- Restricted or inaccessible areas
- Locations where delivery is prohibited by law or carrier regulations
Certain seeds, agricultural products, and related items may be subject to import restrictions, quarantine requirements, permits, or agricultural regulations in the destination country.
International customers are responsible for checking their local import and agricultural regulations before placing an order.
8. Returns Due to Shipping Issues
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, refused delivery, failure to receive the package, or other customer-related delivery issue, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping or reshipping costs.
