Mahin Agro Shipping Policies
1. Shipping Coverage
Mahin Agro ships within the United States only at the moment. We do not ship outside of the United States.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed in 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (if available).
Delivery times are uncertain depending on destination and carrier delays.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are determined at the time of checkout depending on the shipping method and destination selected. Free shipping may be provided on orders over a certain amount, as indicated on our website.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. You can track your package on the shipping carrier’s website.
6. Packages Lost, Stolen, or Damaged
- If your package gets lost while being shipped, please contact our support team for assistance.
- Mahin Agro does not cover stolen packages upon delivery. Customers are requested to leave a secure delivery location.
- If your package is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs for settlement.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other restricted areas. Some plant seeds are subject to state agricultural regulations and prohibitions.
8. Refunds Due to Shipping Issues
In case an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to deliver, the customer will have to pay for additional shipping to re-ship the package.
9. Alterations to the Shipping Policy
Mahin Agro reserves the right to change shipping policies at any time. Any significant changes will be announced by email or on the website.
